Handling and shipping

How long it takes to ship my order?
It takes approx 5-8 days to handle and ship the order.

When your order is dropped off at the courier service, you’ll get a notification from the store;

  • If you chose your order to be shipped as a package, you get the tracking details
  • If you chose your order to be shipped a mail (economy or priority), these shipments doesn’t include the tracking

Where do you ship?
Currently, we ship to most locations globally.
We use the Finnish Posti and UPS as shipping couriers depending on the final destination.
You get the courier details when you get the notification about the order being handled.

Please notice that during the Covid outbreak, there have been some temporary exceptions and some countries have canceled/blocked commercial shipments.
If this happens, we will notify you.

Delivery times?
We ship from Finland so notify the delivery time varies between the shipping methods, location, and courier companies.
If you want to know more accurately, please contact us at niko@nikovartiainen.com and we'll let you the offered, prevailing postal times.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard and Paypal.

Returns and refunds

All sales are final.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the product was harmed during the shipping, please email us at niko@nikovartiainen.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
Returns for a refund are not guaranteed and issued upon approval.

My order was lost in the transport?
We, Sutta Press (the sender) are not obliged to refund or resend the order if it is lost during transport and we can prove that we've delivered the package for transport.

The required proof is:

  • with packages, the tracking code
  • with economy or priority mail, we can show the image of the particular mail with the official postal markings
However, if your shipment didn't arrive/was lost, please email us at niko@nikovartiainen.com.
Usually, the compensative shipment has been arranged.
